Visa applicants need to first fill out Form A in the attachment and return it to our office along with the front page of their passport to confirm whether they can apply for a visa at our consulate (Form A and the front page of their passport are combined into a PDF file). After confirming that they can apply for a visa, please prepare the materials according to the requirements in the visa instructions, in the following order:
1. Passport homepage
2. Invitation Letter from Argentina (TAD Electronic Invitation Letter)
3. Notarization of Chinese and Western Language Work Certificate
4. FSV 2023 visa application form (no photo required)
5. Copy of business license/organization code and stamp with official seal
6. Proof of Economic Ability
7. Round trip ticket booking
8. Daily itinerary and relevant information such as address and contact person of the Argentine side during the business trip in Argentina, created in an EXCEL spreadsheet (please provide as much detail as possible)
Please check if the materials are complete before sending them. If any missing materials are found during the review, the review will not be approved and you will not be eligible for the interview.
After the material review is approved, we will send an email to inform you of the interview date. On the day of the interview, all original documents must be brought (TAD invitation letter does not need to bring original documents). If the original documents are missing, the interview will not be approved.
Please note that:
1. The inviting party must use TAD online to process the invitation letter (no need to notarize or authenticate the original invitation letter). Under the TAD system's invitation letter chain, this type of invitation letter does not require RENURE to be provided
