What are the email titles and formats for Argentine visas?

1. Requirements for email subject, content, and material format

When the applicant sends an email to our consulate, they must indicate their name (in pinyin capital letters), passport number, and the type of visa/authentication they need to apply for in the subject line.

2. The email content must specify the applicant's relevant information:

Name (Chinese+Pinyin capitalized):

passport No:

Visa application type:

contact information:

Domestic home address (in Chinese):

Domestic on-the-job company name (Chinese and English names):

Name of the inviting company in Argentina (Spanish name)/Name of the caller (Chinese+Pinyin/Spanish name):

Name and contact information of visa agent:

If the above information is missing, the email will not be replied to, and any resulting losses will be borne by oneself.

3. All materials of each applicant must be combined into a PDF file and sent (images cannot be sent), named in Chinese Pinyin. The file cannot exceed 5MB, otherwise the email will not receive it.

4. The preparation of materials must be based on the visa instructions and email content sent by the consulate (the consulate will request additional materials based on the applicant's material situation). The applicant should check whether the material preparation is complete and correct. If the visa is delayed or rejected due to the lack of materials on the day of the interview, our office will not be responsible.

5. All questions related to visas or certifications will be replied to by email. Telephone inquiries regarding visa preparation materials and processing progress are not accepted. We will reply promptly after receiving the email, with a response time of about 5 working days. If you have not received the email, please resend the inquiry or change your email address. Sina email and company email may be blocked. Please try using other email addresses such as 126 or 163 again.
